- LJlisa jonesOct 3, 20265.0Mountz Jewelers in Carlisle made me a happy lady! I had taken a watch my husband bought me over 30 years ago to a store because it stopped keeping time. Wanted to just try a new battery. Was told they couldn’t help me. Before our anniversary trip, I thought I’d try Mountz. They were courteous and Warren had me in and out in just a few minutes. Seiko in hand!! Thank you for great customer service!!
- RPRobert PahlOct 2, 20265.0This was by far the best experience I have had when buying jewelry. Michael was amazing from the moment I walked in. It's nice walking into a place and feeling like everyone cares. We took our time looking over multiple options and I never felt rushed. I had 2 rings custom made and they came out beautiful. They arrived way sooner than expected. Im never going to any other jeweler. Mountz gained a forever customer!
- MMMary Kay MetcalfeOct 2, 20265.0I had 3 diamond rings sized down and Mountz did a fantastic job! The rings all look amazing and fit perfectly. The price was fair and I couldn’t be more pleased.
- RRRebeccaSep 23, 20265.0The people at Mountz Jewelers, Ward and Melissa in particular, were so very helpful and willing to do whatever was needed!! They were helpful with cleaning jewelry, repairing jewelry, and purchasing jewelry! So helpful and kind!! Would recommend Mountz Jewelers to everyone!
- TBTracy BuikemaSep 22, 20265.0I went to get replacement locking earring backs and a watch battery and the folks working there greeted me warmly, were quick and efficient with replacing the watch battery as well as finding just the right locking earring backs for my diamond studs. Such friendly Service, I would highly recommend
