- KBKaitlyn Bowser5 days ago2.0I was there yesterday with my friend, as we’re planning a vacation and wanted to splurge on cute outfits. We decided to try stuff on before buying since the clothes are out of our typical price range. The fitting room attendant was especially rude, and forced us to share a fitting room. Only one room was open at the time and instead of just letting one of us go in and the other wait she stated “Guess you guys have to share” while shrugging. We decided not to get any of the items after trying them on and as I went to put the items back on the rack, the same attendant screamed across the room for me to put it on a different rack. I work in retail, and would NEVER speak to a customer with the level of sass and uncaring she spoke to us. Definitely turned us off from shopping at this location again.

- ANAnsley NavertSep 29, 20242.0I recently went to Windsor for homecoming dress shopping with my family, and while the dress selection was decent, the fitting room situation was a disaster. The line for the fitting room stretched all the way through the store from front to back. To make things worse, half of the fitting rooms were closed, which didn’t make any sense, especially on a busy Sunday afternoon during homecoming season. We waited in line for an hour, only for them to suddenly open the rest of the fitting rooms when we finally reached the front. The entire wait felt completely unnecessary and poorly managed. Overall, a really frustrating experience!
