Turns out there are lots of jewelers that won’t service a Shinola for whatever reason. Luckily Mountz has been able to help me each time. Quickly and easily. This complaint Isabel the owner's policies. I have spent literally thousands of dollars at this store and I am not upset about having done so. I recently got hurt at work and I am in need of money. So I took a watch that i'm born from mountz about 3 years ago I paid $1400 for it. I was not looking to get that much out of it. I thought, that maybe I could get half. Or maybe a little less than half, because I have been out of work. And I am an independent contractor so I don't get workman's compensation. Yes, I need some extra money and they. Refuse to buy it back because it was company policy that they do not buy back their own products although they do sell a lot of different types of used watches. This makes no sense to me the only. Reason that they would have not to do it. Is money? But I can't wrap my head around it. All I know is. I can no longer do business with this company because of this. It isn't a staff issue. It is a ridiculously stupid policy issue.
