- BBBipperJul 24, 20261.0I give this company one star because they’re very quick to take your money when making an order online but then they have horrendous customer service when it comes to actually making sure that you receive your package. They use the cheapest shipping that they possibly can by farming it out to FedEx, who then pushes it off to third-party drivers. I was trying to track my shipment, and instead of just being honest and saying it hit delays they continued to change the estimated arrival time first by dropping off the time then by changing the date, two times to two separate days and then finally by just removing any estimate of a date at all. The first contact with DSW‘s customer service they offered to give me $10 refunded to my payment method. At the time the delay looked like it was just going to be a day or two so I was fine with it. It has been much longer than one day or two. I messaged them and said I want every penny that I paid for these boots that never arrived back where I would be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. Time remains to tell how they will respond. It’s sad too, I really like DSW, I just don’t understand why they would risk their businesses image by being such cheapskates when it comes to shipping
