- BBBritt BairMar 8, 20261.0I’m appalled by the lack of customer service in the store and in corporate level. My 15 yo bought a dress for an event with cash she had saved up. They didn’t give us a receipt. When she tried it on at home she decided she didn’t like it. We tried to return and they would only give us store credit. None of the other dresses work for the event she’s attending. All they care about is their “policy,” not the fact that they didn’t provide a receipt in the first place. They have ZERO customer service across their company. We had never shopped there before and never will again.
