  This used to be my go-to spot, and honestly, it was all thanks to the old manager. They were genuinely welcoming, made everyone feel like family, and created such a great atmosphere. But ever since the new manager took over, this place has gone completely downhill. She is incredibly unwelcoming and frankly, just plain unfriendly. It's like walking into a completely different store, and not in a good way. What's even worse is seeing how she treats the younger staff. It's truly appalling; they're clearly being treated terribly, like absolute garbage, and it's heartbreaking to witness. The positive energy is gone, replaced by a tense and unpleasant environment. I can't recommend this store anymore, and I definitely won't be returning until things change. It's a real shame to see a once-great place crumble like this.

  It’s like Ross & better than gabes but cheaper than tj maxx. I like it. Kathy is always really friendly & nice to talk with!

  Cathy was very unpleasant. She was rude and confrontational when having a conversation about how the store is like Gabe's.
