  0 stars if I could. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. My Issue was being told to wait “1 hour” after staff was helping people who arrived after me while I stood there pregnant, with a large bag of clothes and a toddler. Then while just waiting patiently despite my arrival was first to the counter my child had to use the restroom so i figured I’d ask. If staff took customers in order they walked into the store I wouldn’t have even had to ask because we would have been gone :) That’s where my issue came from. Wouldn’t have been a problem is staff was paying attention.

  The quality and style of clothing for sale here is cheap and very used. I know it's consignment, but I think they need to get better at assessments on what they buy. I've been buying and selling consignment my whole life, and it's always a bit insulting when you bring in a large amount of good quality, interesting pieces and none of them are bought, but then as you browse the racks, you see almost every piece is boring, low quality, and very used. Aka not as good as the stuff you were selling. It would be more understandable if the items for sale were notably held to a very high standard, but not the case here. I bought a winter jacket here last season and the zipper was broken. I know it's used clothing but you would expect that zippers are inspected before things are being put up for sale. Anyway, good music in the store though so that's a plus! 😆

  Such a waste of time I don’t even know why I bothered. Taking their good ole time to purchase a small basket of clothes. Was told it would take 45 minutes and after over an hour they still didn’t look at my items. Another woman there was also waiting a long time for them to look at her items. Meanwhile a guy walks right in with a “few items” and “can’t wait” like the rest of us, and they take him immediately. I grabbed my things and walked out. Not worth any more of my time for them to maybe give me $20…

  The new location (same shopping center) is perfect! It’s clean, classy and comfortable to shop in! I always find the staff to be approachable, including the owner James…he is always there to chat and answer any questions you might have. I love that there are items for me (40s) and my daughter (13)!
