  Static about my arrangement for my Mom....Was against the clock & customer service rep MARIA waited for my arrival....This meant the world to me because I know this gift will put a smile on my Mom's 78th Birthday 💖

  Absolutely enraged right now!!!! I spent money on same day delivery and tip and edible arrangements failed to deliver the arrangement to my grieving friend not once but TWICE!!!! They said they use uber for delivery, but I don’t care it’s literally the entire business model of getting these hand delivered edible arrangements to loved ones. I asked for a refund just for the same day delivery and tip and was refused because the manager is out of town. And was told I should call back in a couple days to ask for it, this is absolutely ridiculous and I am so incredibly embarrassed my grieving friend had to walk down her neighborhood street to try and find her arrangement that was sent to the wrong address despite triple checking the address with the company several times. So dissapointed

  Very disappointed with service. We ordered from NZ for kids uncle who was turning 70 in the US. No other family. The girls FaceTimed him when we could see the order was about to be delivered. They were disappointed when the bunch of balloons they especially chose snd paid for, weren’t attached to the order. I made contact immediately via email, with follow up email. No response to my communication isn’t acceptable.
