- JWJeanie WinklerSep 13, 20261.0My niece and many other young ladies are trying on dresses for homecoming and being told that 4 dresses at a time which is fine but because there is a line you can't exchange dresses and still have 4 because they only have two employees working Really! I thought the customer comes first i guess not at Wndsor at the Village.
- JPJessica PSep 5, 20261.0Alice, who was working Saturday, September 5th around 8:30 p.m., was rude from the moment I started browsing, telling me to make sure I pushed the clothing racks back while I was still actively shopping. She then loudly complained about customers to her coworker, called customers rude for not putting clothes back on the racks, rolled her eyes when I asked to try on a different size before purchasing, and was unpleasant and rude toward me at the counter while I was actively checking out and purchasing from the store. Amy at checkout was nice, but the rest of the staff went along with Alice’s bad attitude and made it uncomfortable and awkward for all the customers.
