I was ignored( was only customer in store and ignored)...the given a complete attitude when I asked a question. One of the girls was Kendall. The girls working that night were no help. Disappointing representnatives of Aerie Offline. Checkout was a nightmare with the attitude. I even had to ask for a bag when I purchased a tee. I ordered a pair of shorts and never received them. I called and spoke with the assistant manager and she acted like she did not believe me. Felt brushed off. She even tried to make a joke and laughed. Nothing funny about how I was treated. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Throwing hangers into their bin, they were not welcoming either! I also asked a different employee if they had a different size in a shirt and she also had a rude tone. Then proceeded to tell me i also cant order it online in a mean voice, following with a rude look. Overall very unpleasant.
