  The manager on duty Morgan was incredibly unhelpful 2/23/26 around 3:30pm. I had an online order and asked to try the order on. My item was too big and I asked to exchange for a smaller size. Instead of her doing an even exchange (which they’ve done in the past) she just cancelled my order and then told me to call corporate for a refund. In the past they’ve put the order on a merchandise gift card and do a new order and used that as an even exchange. Calling corporate was a hassle and something that could’ve been avoided if she knew what she was doing.

  I was in today to return pairs of jeans and then buys new pairs. The employees were very nice to me and spoke to me as a person not just a customer. One employee with pink hair was very polite and helped me out a lot, especially when I was looking for a size that I couldn’t find she brought one out. Overall a great experience!!

  Everyone in this store is so kind and helpful. The main guy who helped me (I can’t remember your name brother, that’s on me) - the kid from Philly. The eagles fan, went above and beyond to take care of me. What a legend. Give the kid a raise

  I went in to return a tank top which I tried on once. The girl there was very rude and had a bad attitude and wouldn't take it back because it 'looked worn'? She complained to me that I should have returned it through the mail and that it 'hurt them' since I bought it online. Which isn't really my problem. She made the experience very uncomfortable and made me not want to shop there anymore. Really disappointed because I buy from here alot and she made me feel guilty for returning one item. This is why I shop online. If you work in retail and you're in a bad mood don't take it out on customers.
