  Olivia was very nasty on the phone when I told her i wasn’t pleased with my order she didn’t even apologized for what I was given and how it was wrapped I will be calling corporate regards of her nasty attitude because it is very unprofessional to even work for this company.

  I like edible arrangements but I was disappointed at the size of the cake I got for $40. I ordered a small balloon and that was in the cake bag upside down

  Absolutely horrible and disappointing. I placed an order for a delivery on Mother's Day, May 10, 2026. I tracked the order throughout the day and was continuously receiving the message that "the driver is five stops away". Although they did not make the delivery or contact me, they managed to charge my credit card for the full amount. I tried contacting the store the next day and no one answered the phone. I finally was able to speak to someone after hours of trying, whom took my name, phone number and order number. I was told I would receive a return phone call the following day from the manager/owner. It came as no surprise that they never bothered to call me back. I had to finally reach out to their corporate office and after holding for 28 minutes, was able to speak to a representative. I was being generous with one star.

  Kind of frustrating that nobody is answering the phone. Ive been trying to call for a few hours at this point, and still no answer. However, I called the willow grove location and somebody answered on the first ring. Customers spend a lot of money on this delivery service, it’s disheartening when you can’t get ahold of someone.

  Terrible experience with Edible Arrangements!!! I paid $54.99 for a flower arrangement that arrived completely wilted and looked like it had been sitting around for days. For a company that markets itself as a premium gift service, this level of quality is unacceptable and honestly embarrassing. What made the situation worse was the customer service. When I called the store to report the issue, the representative refused to help and told me I needed to contact another location where the order was supposedly placed. That location never answers the phone and always appears to be closed. So essentially I paid $54.99 for wilted flowers and was then sent on a runaround with no actual support. This is extremely poor business practice. If you are going to charge premium prices, you should stand behind your product and take responsibility when something goes wrong. I am requesting a full refund for this order. Until this is resolved, I will not be ordering from Edible Arrangements again and would strongly caution others before purchasing from this company!
