  What in the scene from Pretty Woman was that?! All in all this was not a great experience. First off this is athleisure not Loro Piana, we do not need 2 security guards descending upon people the moment they walk in. This seemed imbalanced to begin with. I already knew what I was buying, grabbed it and immediately went to the counter where I waited for the 3 people talking at the register to 'notice me.' When I handed her my item, the person checking me out said in a tone that was not lost on me, 'is this ALL you are getting today.' Strike two. When I declined to give her my phone number she got noticeably cooler and then kind of shoved the bag across the counter at me. I have no idea what happened there a few days ago, but do know I won't be back.

  The manager this the most patient and nicest person ever. This is the best Alo store.

  The staff is AMAZING! They greeted me as soon as I walked in. I didn't have alot of time and I only needed to do an exchange. The associate that helped me made me want to stay. I wish that I had more time, but I'll 100% be back!

  I had a great experience! I was looking for an XS accolade crewneck in navy, and one of the employees told me there were none in stock. While I was checking out different items, a different employee came in and told me that he found one in stock! That was very thoughtful and I felt treated well as a customer.
