  The store was nice and organized. It had a great vibe. Kay checked me out and she was so sweet and friendly. We chatted for a little while I left with a smile on my face. Today’s going to be a great day. Thanks for the good vibes ✌️

  Good quality gear. Good fair prices. Sara , or Shara, Tara, couldn’t quite remember the name but she was picking up after ppl leaving hangers on floor and directed me to the.belts. 👍

  I brought in all new with tags. Sneakers valued on the website a $100 to a $130 a pair and brand new denim. All new attags still selling on the website for a hundred and thirty dollars for the pair, and they had the audacity to offer me $35 dollars for over $800 worth of current market selling items If they would just went to the website, they would have seen that they're all high.End clothing again, still selling on the website for the apps or prices.They were marked I guarantee that if I would have taken a thirty five dollars, they would have list each item fifty dollars a a pc and gotten it.No problem You're better off holding your items or taking it to style Encore. These associates are highly undertrained, and they're only to rip you off and make themselves money

  Horrible horrible experience!!!! Employees were very rude , judgementtal and let’s just say they might as well have put a sign up saying” no blacks allowed” brought in a huge bag of clothing mainly jeans (hollister) Abercrombie) name brand items that they claim to want but decided to pick out 3 items for a payout that was insulting on top of them saying my clothes are in a “ condition “ whatever that means because my clothes were in top tier shape only worn maybe once or twice, again employees were very rude , tried to argue me down about my horrible customer service that I received from them , and another jumped on me in defense for her “ co worker “ mind you she had nothing to do with anything . To end this I will never go back there . And I’ve spent my money there numerous of times but today was the first I’ve brought in items to sell and that was a flop , which I don’t even really care about that , I don’t like the energy in that store and I felt it before but I kept giving them chances but today was the last straw . Oh and I was with my daughter who felt the same .. I wish I could put zero stars . Plato’s do better and if your employees don’t like working there they need to leave !!! Simple as that .. it’s disgusting 😡😡 oh yeah the one employee who really was just rude as ever her name is Lola
