  Feel like they pick and choose who they want to give good amount of money to 😉 this is my second time bringing in name brand in good condition items and was offered nothing.

  Literally the rudest customer service I’ve ever seen. I went in around 5:30 today, and was immediately given attitude about them closing soon. Then when I went to check out, the girls behind the register were complaining about people still being in the store in front of customers. I don’t know her name, but the blonde checking me out didn’t ask for my number or anything, which I realized a couple minutes later, so I went back at 6:05 and the same girl shook her head and said they’re closed. I was literally there two minutes prior, like I’m not going to shop more. I even showed her my receipt through the door and she repeated they were closed, rolled her eyes, and proceeded to ignore me standing there. Finally someone who I’m assuming was a manager came to the door and when I told her that one of my items was marked clearance and the girl never asked for my info, she said the tag was only for the event and that I could come back tomorrow to speak to a manager about the points. All they cared about was leaving at 6, a girl swept around me like 6 times when it wasn’t even 6 yet, and just the complete opposite customer service experience you’d want. If I could give zero stars I would which sucks because they do have nice stuff, but the staff today absolutely ruined it for me.

  Great experience! Had a problem with someone using my phone number, Renzi was AWESOME!! Not only did she help me fix the problem but in doing back to school shopping she explained how to best utilize my purchase and points to optimize my discount. I will all sales people helped their customers like Renzi did. You should have her train new employees ❤️

  It was my first time selling and Pat made the experience a breeze. He explained to me how the process worked and was super transparent. Even though they didn’t take everything, I was pretty happy with the fact that they took anything considering I was going to throw most of it away. I definitely will be back again thanks to such a pleasant experience.
