  My husband brought items today, a box of clothes, a caddy with a milestone blanket in it, a yellow toddler walker. I understand they were busy on a Sunday, so we ran errands while waiting but they were still not done within 2-3hrs. We drove all the way home to Bethlehem because we had our 3month old baby with us. He came back later to pick up, and they took 4 items for $4. They also lost the caddy that was given and my husband was told they couldn't find it. I want that caddy back because if they didn't buy it, it's not theirs to make a profit off of. Overall a very bad experience for a mom who has used platos closet, style encore and OUAC extensively in the past with all good experiences.

  The Allentown location is amazing!! Even with busy days they handle it well! My son loves bluey and they had her and bingo there Saturday but had to move it up and we were there after they were done but the staff went above and beyond and got redressed for my son. It was amazing!! I’d suggest going to this store above all. We travel here a decent distance!!
