  I spoke to an employee from the store and specially said I was driving over an hour away to pick up an item from the store. When I get there, another employee told me they completely sold out already. How ignorant and unprofessional can a store be after I specifically stated I was driving over an hour to get a uniform. Ridiculous store and employees

  We've been shopping at Flynn O'Hara for years, but today we experienced superb customer service. We were greeted at the door by Kathleen who instantly sized our Spanish exchange student by simply looking at her. Kathleen then snagged the last uniform skirt in the smallest size for her to try on. We waited in line to be helped, and even though the store was packed and it aeemed a bit understaffed (probably because of the time we went)we were met with a smile by Lizzy. Lizzy was fantastic, very pleasant and focused on getting everything our student needed. She took the extra step to look for some hard to find sizes and made sure we could order what wasn't in stock.

  Nicole was extra helpful and patient with getting my child ready for back to school. She assisted with trying multiple different sizes and explaining the different types of styles. She also was very familiar with the school and what is required, etc. The ladies at the checkout desk were fantastic as well! Thank you

  This was my first experience at this store and I was greeted and assisted by Leilani. She offered excellent customer service. Fully knowledgeable of every detail regarding what we needed. She was cordial, friendly, helpful, respectful, attentive, supportive and patient. If I have to return I would definitely ask for her.

  Alex R. was a pleasure to work with! He took the time to carefully assist us with selecting the proper sizes for our child’s uniform, making sure we got everything just right. He was efficient, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. His attention to detail and willingness to take the extra time made the experience so much easier.
