- KBkatie bennettJul 12, 20261.0Sure the sunglasses have good deals HOWEVER this store is staffed by the most unprofessional, degrading staff. We literally stood in line waiting to checkout for $300 for over 15 minutes just so the 5 staff members (at least 2 were off the clock) could finish and start new stories with one another, discuss their negative PTO hours, leaving early, getting pho, making fun of the customers that left right before us (bad breath, so annoying, etc..) and not even trying to discuss things discreetly in front of us. It was so appalling I returned our purchases and asked for the manager’s name/number which they didn’t know and didn’t have and just redirected me to call the store. Additionally, you have to make a profile to make a return?! Wild. We will 100% go elsewhere where they have a mediocre amount of decorum and customer service skills.

- BBBusy BeeJun 1, 20262.0My husband went to the location near the Columbia store today and the two young women working this morning (Sunday May 31st) were very unprofessional and cold/unwelcoming. I’m not sure if it was racism, since he’s a man of Arabic descent, or what it was but he felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. They suggested he go to the other store near Victoria’s Secret to find the pair of glasses he wanted. And he did just that and had a great experience because of a lovely associate named Dagmar at store 4730. So thank you, Dagmar, for turning things around. My husband almost didn’t buy the glasses just because of how poorly he was treated by those first two women associates at the other store. If I was the manager I’d want to know that my associates were literally scaring away customers for whatever reason…
