We literally stood in line waiting to checkout for $300 for over 15 minutes just so the 5 staff members (at least 2 were off the clock) could finish and start new stories with one another, discuss their negative PTO hours, leaving early, getting pho, making fun of the customers that left right before us (bad breath, so annoying, etc..) and not even trying to discuss things discreetly in front of us. It was so appalling I returned our purchases and asked for the manager’s name/number which they didn’t know and didn’t have and just redirected me to call the store. Additionally, you have to make a profile to make a return?! Wild. We will 100% go elsewhere where they have a mediocre amount of decorum and customer service skills.
