The staff is engaging, helpful, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable about Pendleton’s products. They made our very first visit a fun experience—and we enjoyed it enough that we have now been back three times and have also placed an order by phone. Erin was the manager during our first visit, and she runs the store with professionalism while still creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everyone we have dealt with has been exceptionally friendly and helpful, and that same high level of service has been consistent every time. We walked out with beautiful, plush Pendleton robes and a wonderful blanket for our bed, and we could not be happier with our purchases. I truly could not rate this store or its staff any higher. If you visit the Pendleton Woodburn Outlet, I think you will quickly understand why. They have earned our business and our highest recommendation.

Went here to shop for Christmas and would take my dog in - even he loved it they gave him treats :) they are engaging with customers without being pushy.
