  Abysmal. I had an issue with sweaters purchased. I tried to resolve the issue in February and was sent on a three ring that went nowhere. My ticket was never resolved. I was even told my ticket had been referred to headquarters and someone would get back to me. Never happened. Always a ring around, never any actual help or follow through. Hugo Boss DGAF about any of their customers and there is no customer service to speak of. Know that going in.

  I had a very bad experience with this store, bad treatment from the sellers, I bought a coat that was a little tight, I decided to return it, get a larger one, but they didn’t have my size. And they didn’t want to return the money, they told me to buy something for that amount, but I don’t need anything elseThey say that we have such a policy that we don’t return money back, but they didn’t warn me about this and offer to buy something else with my money, this is a very bad experience, this is disrespectful to customers, I don’t advise going to this store They were very rude

  Horrible experience. Low on staff & the help I did receive was very unprofessional. It is understandable that it is a busy season in the year but as many of you would agree that only means businesses need to prepare accordingly and if it's not doable still provide customers with the best experience. My family and I felt disrepected and as if our business was not wanted ..

  If you are thinking about going to this place!! STOP 🛑✋ Let me warning you!! You are going to find a poor experience! A store that only has two dressing rooms and a manager who doesn’t know how to handle costumers. I had a really bad experience there and I don’t want you waste your time going there!! I definitely recommend you to find another location where the manager is ready and willing to give costumers the best attitude and service like they deserve!
