Arrived at my appointment on time at 9am first device was installed but did not function properly so a second device was calibrated and installed however after being there for FOUR hours the second device did not work either. I was charged for the install and my credit card was billed. Even though after four hours it was decided that they were not able to complete the install with a working device. Now this evening I received an email from lifesafer saying thank you for your payment and your next payment will be due in fifteen days. I still don't have a working device installed. Rods auto and marine installers were very nice and professional and now have rescheduled an appointment for the install. It is obvious that the issue is with lifesafers equipment not working and not with the installers as they did their best to try to get the job done and only had defective lifesafer equipment to use. Not a happy customer I should not have been billed since the install was not successfully completed. Bad deal !!!!!
