  Amazing kind and patience people. Taught me everything without giving me disappointment looks unlike sportsmanship warehouse 😭. Definitely will buy a new fishing setup here in the future ♥️

  Amazing place for all your outdoor needs and supplies! They also have Live fish tank and Awesome display of preserved wildlife. It's extremely hard to walk away without something in your hands!

  Robert from clothing really went above and beyond. I was looking for a hat in a large size, so he checked the computer and saw there was one in the store. Then after checking the whole store, he went to the back and found the hat in the large size! I was so happy! I really appreciate that!

  The store is huge and very busy with an overwhelming inventory but I had pleasant surprise when searching for a fishing pole an associate named George, also a fellow fisherman, bent over backwards to help me and even gave some personal tips on his favorite lures…Thank you George!

  I didn’t want to write this review, but I’m kinda stuck. I went to the bass pro shop a few days ago to check out a begara rifle and hopefully come home with a new gun to add to the collection. I waited for a hot minute for anyone to come and help, and when someone finally did it was a lady who felt gossiping about old coworkers in front of customers was something I was supposed to sit through before handling firearms. Idk what this guy did but somehow that was impacting my day too apparently. After spending the better part of my lunch break in there I decided that maybe today I don’t get to buy that nice begara after all. Sorry bass pro, you guys are cool and I love you but this counter lady wasn’t exactly professional. I guess I’ll swing by later and hopefully catch a shift with a nicer person behind the counter. If you guys want to check out the guns you should wait for sherry or Shelby (can’t remember names well) to be off shift or busy. Bass pro gets 5 stars every day, scorned counter lady gets none if it were allowed.
