  Visited here while visiting Portland from the UK, and it was great fun. Just such a uniquely American place, from the patriotic merch to the gun library. The place was enormous, had plenty of parking, and the staff we spoke to were all really nice and friendly. It was really fun to visit, and they seemed to have an incredible range of stock.

  I recently attempted to purchase a firearm from the Bass Pro Shops location in Tualatin, Oregon, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. My interaction with Shelbi, the firearms team lead, was frustrating from start to finish. She came across as rude, impatient, and unhelpful throughout the process. Purchasing a firearm should be handled with professionalism, patience, and good customer service, especially given the importance of the transaction. Instead, I felt like my questions and concerns were an inconvenience. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a firearm from this location or doing business when Shelbi is the person assisting customers. I hope management addresses this, as customers deserve a much better level of service.

  Always enjoy shopping at Bass Pro Shop (have known it as Cabela's for years). Have found it to have quality products and helpful associates to help me find what I am after, and offer advice. I shop mostly for outdoor clothing and fishing gear.

  I was in the store on Saturday with my girlfriend I had the best customer service ever from Doug in the Marine electronics are. He helped us with our inflatable PFD’s he is such a nice guy and showed us how to arm them. Derek and Becki

  Based on my personality, the last thing I thought I'd ever do is walk into a Cabela's; thanks to Fredy, I'll be walking around in style with my new hobo wagon. He took extra time with me to make sure I made the best choice, and he honored the price listed, even though I'm obviously not a member, because customer service and quality are values here!
