  The staff are welcoming and willing to help. The store is well kept. They even helped me return/exchange a Pendleton shirt that was purchased new through amazon! FYI, the in store sales are much cheaper than amazon and ebay!

  Avoid avoid avoid. I really like Pendleton. However staff at this location are arrogant, dismissive and simply unfriendly. More concerned with talking to each other and modeling for each other than helping me find anything. The prices are super high and the quality isn’t! Once a trusted brand now cashing in on that proud reputation they no longer deserve. Mugs for 30 bucks Shirts for $190 that used to be $112. towels for 70 and you come to the “outlet” mall to find the same prices as any of there stores but here you also get goofy attitude with the boot to your butt for bothering to come in. I suggest, stay away from this junk yard and go across the river where they treat you nice or go to Milwaukee for where they remain arrogant but are at least helpful. One day this brand will go under. And it will go under because of the crappy staff, bloviated pricing, and general failure to meet the needs and wants of customers just like me. I own 8 of there fancy shirts. 12 towels etc. many blankets. But I won’t spend a dime in this store with the lame staff and unnecessarily high prices. Screw this place avoid avoid avoid.

  Savana is so efficient and helpful! Great selection of scarves in this location and Savana helped with 10+ purchases and exchanged items with some price differences. After completing 10 stamps (each one with over $100 purchase), you can get a $50 gift card for the next online or offline purchase btw.
