Tried to be condescending and tell me I wore a pair of shoes outside that I wanted to return when I literally hadn't even tried on/worn both shoes at the same time. I tried them on one at a time inside my house and and very quickly realized they didn't fit. And they were obviously not worn outside from the bottom of the shoe. But he assumed I wore them outside because they were both laced up I guess??? Great way to keep customers coming back but I guess i shouldn't expect much more from someone making a career out of working at the mall.
