- SPS Porter2 days ago2.0Son bought Ray Bans there. Supposed to be top of the line brand (that’s why you buy Ray Bans). Glasses are supposed to allow for adjustment of nose piece. That’s the nature of the beast. But the tiny skinny little joke of a nose piece mount broke with the slightest adjustment. Went back and attempted to warranty- but these guys say he’s S.O.L. … unless you pay for their “extra warranty”. So much for the idea of buying quality. So much for being backed up by SGH. May as well order them online rather than locally…. (Also, SGH was waaayy overpriced. You can get them directly from Ray Ban for $133. While they charged $170 “On Sale” LOL…. I’ve owned many pairs of RB’s. Apparently quality is going down the toilet? IDK. Looks like Ray Ban was bought by Luxottica- some foreign company.

- DHDerrick HymanJul 24, 20261.0I purchase a sun glass with prescription , I was told it will take up to 14 business days to return to the store for pick up, I visited the store 14 days after an was told my glasses was out to be delivered to the store , the following weekend I visited the store an was told my glasses can't be found . If the glasses was out for delivery , an not it can't be found , I travel from Portland on two occasions for nothing.
