  Staff is not as friendly as they used to be. They couldn't find my account or my rings that were sent out to be cleaned and sized ,turns out they merged mine and my husband's accounts together without our knowledge and used my maiden name as our last name.

  My 1st time visiting and purchasing from Shane Co. I could not be more pleased. Gloria helped us and she was knowledgeable on our new purchase and helping with some repairs I wanted to get done. She was attentive without hovering, helpful and pleasant to work with. I even saw her went I picked up my order and she seemed excited to see the final product. She was fantastic. I will definitely purchase from them again, whether new or for repairs.

  I had misgivings, thinking the company was a "mall" store and I was completely wrong. We traded in an old engagement ring from my husbands previous relationship and it was an easy and very pleasant experience. The quality of the stones and the styles were excellent. I was able to find a lot of necklaces, rings, and earrings to replace the (not-my-taste-at-all) ring we brought in. The salesperson patiently spent hours helping me find items. The only thing I would recommend is that the prices in the cases should be visible to customers so the salesperson doesn't have to pull each piece out. Otherwise, I highly recommend this store and company.

  I lost the center diamond on my wedding set a few months back and my husband decided that was the time to get an upgrade. So he surprised me one day while asking if I wanted to stop in and look, little did I know we were stopping because my ring was ready for pick up. I didn't even know he had brought it in. Anyway the girl who helped us (sorry I didn't catch a name) was very nice , especially when she brought my ring out and said will something like this work and my reaction was like "wow that looks exactly like my ring".... It didn't click it was mine because I wasn't expecting him to have gotten it done yet. They did a beautiful job and the stone is gorgeous 😍🥰
