  Mari was awesome!! I had a custom ring that I wasn’t in love with and she reassured me that she would take care of things. She spent probably close to an hour not resting until I found options I was happier with and always provided a solution or option instead of a roadblock or challenge. Can’t recommend Shane co or working with Mari enough! My fiancé and I are lifelong Shane customers because of people like her and how they conduct business.

  My experience wouldn’t have been as special without Mari. She had excellent service and provided a memorable experience for such a special moment for me. I wanted the ring for my significant other to have an engraving and she was able to get it done right then and there! She deserves so much credit for representing Shane Co. in such a beautiful way. I am so grateful for her and her patience. She’s incredibly sweet and has the most fun, loving, and kind personality. Thank you so much Mari for everything!💗

  Had the most amazing experience with Mari at the Tigard Shane Co! If you are able, I would absolutely recommend requesting her when you go in. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful throughout the process, and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any point (even after taking up almost 3 hours of her time!). She definitely made the experience one that we’ll never forget!

  Mari was incredible to work with! She’s so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about diamonds and the engagement ring process. There are so many options when selecting an engagement ring — band, setting, diamond, etc that it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Mari walked us step by step through each decision and made our experience so smooth and fun. I went to MIA Donna jewelry store before Shane Co and was not impressed with my experience. The sales associate did not educate me much on each of my different choices but rather expected me to know what I wanted and make the decisions on my own. The shopping experience was less personalized and special overall. I’m so glad we went with Shane Co. Mari was professional, intentional, and educational! By the end of our appointment, my boyfriend was looking through her jeweler’s loupe and nerding out on everything there is to know about diamonds :) We felt really confident in the ring we selected and also the protection & peace of mind that comes with purchasing through Shane Co. Would absolutely work with Mari and Shane Co. again and recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Mari!
