  I want to mention I had a great experience here with their sales people. The opener and closer were great at what they did. However, the “technician” or whoever they call over when you start asking about customizations, was absolutely useless and drove me away very fast. I showed him a picture of a ring that had a diamond set with a gallery rail, and asked him if it was possible do it on any of their rings. He scrunched his face and said “i don’t know because that’s not a real ring (it was an online photo/rendering). I basically said back… “okay but what if it was?” And he just shrugged his shoulders and didn’t seem sure. The attitude was so bad, I watched the sales people exchange looks and be visibly uncomfortable. I’m sure they know he is driving people away. And it was a very busy Saturday too. Anyways, I went designer and have a BEAUTIFUL new ring set in a gallery rail just like the photo.

  Sean at the Tigard location was amazing to work with. I came in looking for a band with citrine gemstones for my wife’s first Mother’s Day. He also brought out some matching hoop earrings. There was no pressure but a thoughtful suggestion. I ended up purchasing the ring and earrings and my wife LOVED them. Thanks for saving Mother’s Day Sean!

  Annah is the one you want for a real warm attentive experience (IMHO). Things were fine with "another" guy, and I found a great ring, but the overall experience got testy because my $2000 engagement ring was not ready an hour past the stated time. (I prefer punctuality). So when I went back a half hour later (still somewhat annoyed) Annah was there and and spent as much time as I needed to finish the transaction. Had I started with Annah in the first place it would have been a perfect day! (Annah gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐stars)

  I am here to pick up an order. I called first & was told it was ready so was surprised I had to check in but it was only a few minutes wait even though they were very busy. I expected a long wait but it wasnt. My rings have a brushed look & when I first got them, they were not brushed at all. The guy went back & had them brushed. They are beautiful. Thank you!

  Went ring shopping with my best friend to help give opinions and Avery was the worker who helped us. They were immediately so open and friendly, they asked all the right questions and listened so well to my friend. They picked up on the style and type of ring my friend liked and offered options, and if she didn’t like the ring, Avery was so quick to accept that and put that one away. Avery is so personable and if you choose to go to this location, definitely ask for them
