- SSStephen SatoJun 4, 20245.0Hey, just want to pass on big time kudos to store manager Kimber of the Tigard, OR store in Bridgeport Village mall. I visited the store looking for a Lodge shirt, but then started talking with Kimber about Sir Pendleton shirts. I still wear the one I purchased 30-40 years ago, and still keep an eye out for them. Knowing how scarce they are, Kimber took it upon herself to check the entire system, and found seven. She offered to order two sizes for me as I was between a Large and an XL and have them shipped to the Bridgeport location. I was visiting my son and his wife and we had to start our return trip before the shirts arrived, but Kimber offered to ship them to my home as soon as she received them When they arrived at her store on a Friday, Kimber must have immediately put them in the mail to me because they arrived in California on Monday afternoon. Talk about staying on top of the situation! Thanks so much for the fantastic customer service...as topnotch as the Pendleton quality. By the way, I kept both shirts.
