I tried returning items I had bought online with both the receipt and tags but Monique would not return my items without the specific credit card I bought it with. When shopping at the store they do not ask you if you need help. When you ask them to look for an item at another store they say they will call later. What kind of store is this? If someone asks you to find an item for you it is your job to do so. If you have a problem with that than find a new job.
