We got a fair price on some clothes we sold and it was about 15 minutes to payout.

I've found a few cute items from this place before but every single time I come here they dont buy anything from me. I am constantly told that I have a cute style and the clothes I brought were in good condition from brands like Victoria's secret Pink etc, I even brought in a pair of edikted jeans I bought from there previously that Im too big for now that they wouldn't buy!! This place is so frustrating and feels like such a waste of time every single time I come to sell.

First thing I seen was a pair of Birkenstocks. They wanted $35 for and it had a huge hole worn through one of them and the other one was coming apart.I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately was a big waste of time. The clothes they were selling were kind of old and outdated. I found lots of stains, and when I came into sell, the lady at the front and told me Victoria’s Secret pink would sell great because it’s a mall store and then I get up there and they took absolutely none of those clothes and she said that it doesn’t sell well for them. So you’ll get told one thing and then told a whole Nother in the same five minutes. It’s unfortunate They don’t do better business. definitely will not be returning

This is the strangest place. I used to go back in 2015-2017 to sell clothes when it actually made sense and was a profitable place to get some quick cash for clothes.
I went yesterday for the first time in years, and got a wait of about an 100-125 minutes. Fair, they were busy. I had stuff to do so I left and just came back when I got a text. There was 2 gals in line in front of me also picking up. When they got their bags back the girl said “unfortunately due to inventory, we couldn’t accept anything. If you try back in 3-6 months we can look again”. I was expecting the same response and sure enough, due to inventory they couldn’t take anything. I had brands and in season clothing that was a match to their white board of what they’re taking. While I understand inventory being full, why would you even take anyone’s clothes to look through? For hours?
Either that lie is a statment they’re told to say now, or they really do have a full inventory and need to teach their staff to say we aren’t accepting sales at this time. An absolute waste of my time, others time, and the staffs time then to look through anyone’s stuff.
Much like everyone else in Salem, I will not be returning.
