Or the fact they are not willing to work with you or understand circumstances about why a random test was missed. Its just another reason for them to take more money. Customer service is not helpful at all. Just do yourself a favor and get a cab or a uber. Smart Start is a joke.

The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
