The store is really cool. They have a large selection (larger than other locations) and in the back are marked down blankets with design flaws for great deals. They have a little exhibit about the history of Pendleton Wool and you can see where they make the products. You can get a free tour if you see about availability and reservations ahead of time. The tour was not available the day we were in town, but it was still cool to see the store and exhibit.

Huge variety of products. Information on related history. Can see into factory to see production in progress. Tours available. Prices may seem high but the products are made in the U.S. with wool from the U.S. instead of being imported from other countries with poorly paid workers. Factory seconds at reduced prices. Each has a code on it to indicate what the defect is. Free paved parking.

Parking was easy with about 10 spots in front and them down around the corner there is more parking and RV parking. The store is well stocked and the there are some seconds or items with issues that are well marked but a great option for a slightly lower price. No easy access to rest rooms Ask about the tour and take the tour. It's only about 15 min but seeing the loom shake and seeing the textile coming out is amazing. The tour is good and very informative. Give this review a like👍 or mark as helpful❤️. So many good items it's hard to decide what to get.
