  We happened to find Nick and Maverick Sawmill by chance, so a year later, when it was time for a new dining table, we knew right where to go. The whole experience was so much fun and educational, too - choosing the myrtle slab (something different and very Oregon), planning the cuts and placement of the book-match and then waiting in eager anticipation for the finished product to be delivered. Nick is so enthusiastic about his work; he clearly loves his job! And his crew is the same. If you want a beautiful piece of wood that is lovingly crafted into an incredible piece of art, see Nick and his crew at Maverick! You will be thrilled, as are we!!
