  Worst Pendleton store I've ever been to. Staff was rude, they greeted and helped out everyone but us. I tried approaching one old lady to ask a question and she just glared and walked away. All the merchandise was leftover winter rejects only in sizes L to XXL, though it's nearly summer. They were way too snotty for a store filled with reject discount clothes and nothing in smaller sizes.

  Great customer service. Second time in the store in the past few months. Emily was nice helpful amd knowledgeable. Someone give this girl a raise, she deserves it.

  I am from out of state and this was my first visit to a Pendleton store. When we came through the door we were greeted warmly and were told where to find things and if we had any questions to let them know. I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady who helped us. She was so kind and welcoming. We were checked out by Billy and what a great experience. He was fun to talk to and was genuinely interested in making your shopping experience an amazing one. This store is fortunate to have two great employees! Thank you for making my first visit to Pendleton a great one!
