Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had and I never write bad reviews unless it’s absolutely necessary! I go to purchase these jeans that are displayed online AND in-store of 30% - 50% off everything and the cashier had extreme attitude. Her back was facing me so I kindly said I was ready to get her attention, and she slammed clothes on her folding table to help me. She asked for my #, I gave her my phone number 3x and she said I was not in the system and I should just “make one”. I said I already have one and that is my phone number. I gave it to her again and she still said I’m not in there. (Same #, same account for 10+ years) but I said it’s fine since I’m on a time crunch and need to get back on the road. She rang up the jeans and it popped up showing $59, then she asked if I wanted to donate $10. I asked if that was the price after discounts and she said “no that is obviously the actual price. Do you want a bag?” I told her online it says 30-50 off AE & Aerie. As I’m pulling it up she said “well, if you can find where ever it says that, I guess I may be able to do that for you”. Then she scoffs.. what the heck? I then showed her on my phone where it says it (on the main page in big orange font) and she literally grabbed my phone and said “looks like I can do $41.”
After ringing it up with the discount on she pushed the jeans literally at me and the receipt on the counter crinkled from grabbing it aggressively. I asked nicely for a bag she mentioned before and she tossed it onto the counter (almost fell off the counter..) and turned away from me to finish folding clothes. (Mind you there was a line behind me so she completely didn’t want to help them either..) I walked out very upset not sure what just happened and never experienced something like this before.
I didn’t catch her name as I was in disbelief of the treatment I got to just buy some quick jeans.. But her ID on the receipt is “AH7639” and she has long blonde hair with tattoos on her chest / arms.
I’m not sure if it’s just a bad day for her, but she might need some additional training with customer service (since this is her job) and to re-evaluate her behavior towards peers because I shouldn’t have had to experience something like that, nor should others.

Honestly not very friendly or helpful. Nobody said a word when we walked in or through our shopping trip. And they’re dressed business casual with no name tags so very hard to even tell who works there. Would not recommend.

I had a horrible experience shopping here, in fact I walked out and didn’t buy anything after witnessing the store manager Stacey talk down to customers and even the store associates. Was disgusted by her demeanor and I will never be back. If you are this miserable at your job, you shouldn’t be working in CUSTOMER SERVICE.
