  The female working on Monday July 20th accused my partner and I for stealing when all we were doing was figuring out prices for upcoming birthday gifts. We didn't take shit. she was on the phone during the whole 5 10 mins and since the prices was on the tags on the glasses we didnt need assistance while we were there. She ruined the vibe, left a bad taste in my month, and lucky my partner told me to just leave it alone. But if u look different don't go there you'll just get accused of shit u didn't do.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Sunglass Hut. One of the associates, who identified herself as Reyna (though she was not wearing a name tag, so I cannot confirm whether that was her actual name), was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional for no apparent reason. I visited the store to return/exchange a pair of glasses under warranty. Despite arriving first and waiting in line, I noticed other customers who came after me were assisted before I was. The experience felt dismissive and deeply frustrating. The associate also provided inaccurate and misleading information about the warranty terms. She failed to clearly disclose that if I exchanged my glasses for a pair valued lower than the original purchase, I would forfeit the price difference and would not receive any credit or refund. This was important information that should have been communicated upfront. Im pretty sure this company didn’t hire you fir this type of nonchalant customer Service, where you roll your eyes when clients ask you questions. The entire interaction was unprofessional enough that I decided to leave and drive to the downtown store instead. I hope management takes customer service, transparency, and fair treatment of all customers seriously. Exchange/return or new purchases, every customer deserves to be treated professionally and cordially. Remember that, in case they did not train you this during your own boarding.

  The Sunglass Hut in Happy Valley, OR has a wide variety of glasses to choose from. There are plenty of mirrors so you can quickly see how you look as you try on glasses. Rayna, the sales person that has helped my with every purchase & I’ve purchased several pairs of glasses overcoats few years. I’m always highly satisfied with Rayna & with my purchases.
