We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. - SMShayna MayAug 29, 20265.0I am a loyal Lululemon guest of over 12 years, and my recent experience at the Clackamas Town Center location was absolutely unforgettable. I came in specifically looking for a yoga mat. Because it was a popular item, the educator, Jake helped me place the order online. While picking out a couple of other items, I mentioned that I was replacing gear that had unfortunately just been stolen when my car was broken into. Without hesitation, he went above and beyond. Jake excuses himself briefly to go check with his manager about something, comes back and they so graciously comped the yoga mat strap and a sweat towel for me. I was seriously floored by their kindness. Even though my own social anxiety probably made me seem a bit awkward or closed off in the moment, his empathy and compassion completely blew me away. Jake mentioned that receipt surveys are random, but I absolutely needed to ensure that his service was recognized by management and corporate leaders ( hopefully ) This level of human connection and care is exactly why I have supported this brand for over a decade and will continue to do so. Thank you so much to the incredible Clackamas team for turning a terrible week into a beautiful reminder of genuine community care.
