- YWY WAug 21, 20261.0Normally when I shop at JCP, I usually have a good experience...not today. Was here to make a payment on my account, pretty easy and simple transaction. First of all, the two young ladies at the counter were too busy in their conversation to even stop to help me. It wasn't until I asked if I could make a payment here that they stopped their conversation. Savanah the cashier was not happy with that. She had a major, major attitude!! She snapped at me to swipe my card and when she gave me back my change and receipt, she throw it on the counter. What has happened to basic customer service?? I was all but nice and polite to Savanah, didn't deserve the harsh customer service. I'm sorry Savanah that I interrupted your conversation with your coworker but aren't you here to do a job?? If she suppose to represent JCP and this is how she handles paying customers, then I don't want any part of it. I can take my hard earned money elsewhere...
