They use a device you have to blow and hum a certain hum before it unlocks. And if you cant do the hum it locks you out. Then you got to go back to the dealers to get it unlocked. This should be negative star review

Absolutely horrible customer service. Feels like its all a scam. And a never ending money pit. This place has made a hard time even harder! Do not recommend this service to anyone!! I am 90 days in and have spent well over $1500. What a joke. So many hidden fees.

Cartoons was very professional. Fermin, is very knowledgeable. After reading my papers , all the questions I had were answered. No hidden fees and I do not recommend a DUI but if you get yourself into a pickle I would definitely go with cartoons and grants pass. Lifesaver ignition interlock is actually not that bad. Will hold me accountable so actually kind of like it. And if you don't get in trouble for 6 months you can complete early.
