- JMJoshua Maxson2 days ago1.0Went in on Sunday to get some shoes for back to school. The 2 guys helping people kept telling us that all shoes are buy 1 get 1 half off. So that be told to us over and over we buy 4 pairs of shoes. I didn't pay attention when my wife paid. We get home and i realize she paid full price for everything. I returned to the store the 2 pair that we purchased for us and kept the 2 we got for the kids. I asked the worker why we got charged full price for all the shoes when the sign that was up and both guys helping us said buy 1 get 1 half off. She says O well that ended Saturday..... Then why are the signs up and floor workers telling us we get buy 1 get 1 half off. She says well they didn't know. OK so what are we going do about this. Well nothing sale was over.... Such a load of poooo. We have been buying vans from this location for years. To just brush it off and not offer to make things right. I have return 2 pair already and will return the other 2 this weekend. We will never purchase shoes from this location again. Horrible because we love the brand but not if that is how long time customers are treated. SHAME ON YOU
