Went to rotten a couple bras as they were the wrong size and get a couple to replace them but their supposed reopen policy is no friends on worm or washed clothing? Never had a problem before with it. Was the bra worn? Yes. But only to the store as my daughter didn't have another to wear. Still in impeccable condition. The only difference is I was in my wheelchair this time. Bought the two replacement bras then handed over the bra my daughter was wearing. She didn't even look at the bra just said it wasn't acceptable for return. Called the "manager" who was been worse. "Basically we can't accept a return if we can't resell it, even with a reciept." ok... Won't be back to this store again. I will be surprised if it lasts the year.

I had to order a specific bra for my upcoming breast surgery. My last surgery after going thru breast cancer, double mastectomy, and having all the anxiety about my last reconstruction surgery. The bra didn't fit. I couldn't find one locally that fit. I had to come to Eugene for my surgery and I brought my online order into the store and from start to finish it was such a smooth and happy interaction. The incredible lady at the checkout found my size I was looking for, brought a few different ones to my dressing room, and just helped me relax through the whole process. I am truly grateful. I wish I would have gotten her name. I will never forget this experience.
