  I ordered a hummingbird pin, or broach on the 5th said it would be there, at the store on the 13th? Still not there. If you can't deliver the item you sold me? You're in breach of contract! Seriously upset as it's a memorial piece that I chose for my mom...? I find it lame your selling items you can't produce. Get your act together! because if this, I will not be ordering in the future.

  Spring in the fine jewelry section was so friendly and helpful. Got me a great deal on a diamond ring set. Friendliest jewelry seller in the whole mall, and I went to Kay's, Pandora, and Harry Richie's today. Spring didn't make me feel judged for buying a ring "for no reason" like other stores did, or point me away from solitaire diamonds because they "look like wedding rings". Very happy with my purchase, will come back.

  Awful customer service Went in for a prom dress for my daughter. Who was insulted by the sales clerk because of her size. Hey Penny's. Plus size dresses size 16 and above are needed. And not ones for old maids. Get with the program

  I'm so done with this store, I had to change my salon appointment a few times and I got woke up to a phone call with a stylist yelling at me because I had to reschedule and telling me she was going to flag my account for same day appointments only, who can get in same day? What about the many times they call and cancel because the stylist calls out sick? Then she hung up on me, when I called back, they were conviently having phone problems. Never again
