    I went to valley river center penny's and looked for regular 501 shrink to fit levi pants 36× 36 there was none over at that section that size went to counter and ask if there were any more other than what's on the floor the girl said we have 45 pair of 501 button fly shrink to fit jeans in stocks I told her there was not one pair over there ,she was I don't know what to tell you. Just great customer service ......NOT.

    My kids' birthday presents were ordered with a month of wiggle room from the expected delivery date. They still haven't arrived almost 3 weeks after the birthday. The tracking number is a dead end and twice I've been denied a refund. I wasn't even going to risk an online order in store but I was assured it would be no more than 3 days.

    I bought a ring from the Enchanted Disney collection last September and its been in repair more time then I've worn it. Replacing stones and the black color of the ring being redone. Beautiful when I bought it with the protection plan. My plan is almost up and the ring still looks bad. So disappointed in the whole purchase.
