  Can't even get a bag anymore. You can only buy their custom bags for $1. What a joke lol.

  I ran over to AE on my lunch hour. I knew what I was getting. Just run in and run out. But no. There was one person ahead of me in line that had a lot of issues they were being helped with. Only one person checking people out, however there were 4 other employees standing in a group chatting (I could hear them and it was not work related) I made eye contact with two of them and not one of them came over to check me out. I could understand if they were working stocking shelves or helping other customers. I waited at least 15 minutes and then put the items back and walked out. I won’t go back. The same thing happened in that store on Sunday evening when I was in there with my daughter. That is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in awhile. And with stores struggling I’m surprised management is allowing this.
