  Whoever the lady was there was extremely rude and condescending did not want to help in anyway whatsoever. I’ve been going there for years and I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully as a manager myself that woman should be ashamed of herself and retire.

  Can't even get a bag anymore. You can only buy their custom bags for $1. What a joke lol.

  Lady with tattoos down her arms is so rude and unhelpful. Possibly just doesn't know how to do her job. Or jealous of the customers??? Need to replace her with someone who wants to be there!!!
