- JKJustine Kingston4 days ago5.0I returned to the store after vowing to never shop here again based on my experience over a year ago. I bought a pair of sunglasses two years ago and was told that I had 13 months to return and exchange them for another pair if I wanted given the plan that I paid for. When that happened I arrived and was told that they changed the policy to 12 months and would not honor what they said, even though numerous customers were coming in requesting the same thing. I was furious and didn’t wanna go back. However, fast forward to today and I went in as my same pair of glasses were mangled and met Michelle. She is now the manager of this location and she took care of me, and made me a loyal customer. If you’ve ever had a bad experience at this location from over a year ago, the entire situation is better now, and I feel very comfortable in recommending them. They have an amazing selection of glasses and more importantly, have a very high level of customer service. Thank you so much, Michelle!

What impressed me most was their honesty—they told me about a significant discount I qualified for that I never would have known about. They genuinely went out of their way to save me money. Great customer service, great people, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
