- CLCharlotte LiningerAug 20, 20261.0rude employees. i came in and no one greeted me and i was asking for an exchange on something that had tags sitll. all she said was “no i can’t do that” and then smiled annoyed until i left. i was so confused because they were just staring at me. i was like oh ok? well thank you? and she just stared. i looked back as i was leaving the store and the two employees were rolling there eyes at each other about me. this is EXACTLY why i try to never come to this store in person
- PLpaisley leeFeb 19, 20235.0I went in on Friday the 17th, absolutely amazing customer service, everyone took great care of me, and I was having problem with a fake gift card I was given, they worked hard to make a few phone calls and they comped it for me and we’re all so so sweet and personal to help me out.
- AFAmy FriesenNov 13, 20225.0Lauren is amazing. She provided the best costumer service I have ever experienced at a retail store and resolved an issue I had with a Lululemon purchase. I am very impressed.
