- SVSeth VallansApr 28, 20261.0Absolutely the most unprofessional and incompetent company I have ever dealt with in my 44 years on this planet! I had to bring my vehicle in to my mechanic for some very minor work, and while it was there it was locked out by lifesafer. I went to pick it up and my car won't start. I have spent the last month jumping through every hoop they have asked of me to resolve the issue, but yet after multiple mechanic affidavits, and with constant contact with my technician ( who is also trying everything in his control to help me) I have received nothing from this company. Basically my car has been carjacked by lifesafer with zero resolution in sight. I have contacted lifesafer every other day for the last 2 weeks, and they refuse to release my vehicle. I have not had any violation over the year and a half, have never missed a payment and yet they have basically stolen my car from me. My mechanic is losing thousands of dollars monthly because there is a car that is taking up important space for other vehicles and is now threatening to start charging a storage fee, and there is nothing lifesafer will do to fix this issue. I actually just had to contact my lawyer to see if they can do anything legally to get my car released, or do I actually have to take them to court to receive a simple BYPASS CODE! This place is a joke and anyone who works there should be ashamed!
