- MDMelissa DavisSep 27, 20262.0Im a very loyal customer with tons of Vans products ranging from shoes, clothing, purses, socks you name it i have it. I went in tonight 9/27/26 for some new work shoes as mine were talking, unfortunately they didnt have the shoes I wanted but I settled for some classic slip ons. As I was walking to the counter the manager im assuming (male with red hair) was telling the clerk he wouldn't let me take the box up front because he didnt trust me. Very unprofessional. I've been given boxes of shoes before to take up front to check out. I still bought the shoes because like I said before im definitely a loyal customer when it comes to vans merchandise. This is just very upsetting and makes me not want to go in and deal with such unprofessional behavior.
