  Outstanding store! Excellent customer service from the manager Daniel. Store is well-stocked and staff is knowledgeable on their products, from game play to how to get a hold of those hard-to-find items.

  I was directed by an employee to make an order through the games workshop website, which I could just do on my own directly to my own house. After agreeing and following his directions, he then started calling out to the rest of the store asking if anyone else has anything else they want to order so that he can get free shipping. Among the things he added to the order were pre-orders for not yet released items so the entire order is withheld, making me wait longer to receive my product. On top of this, the same employee, I think his name is Daniel promised me that he would be bringing in miniatures from his own personal collection to sell me and after three weeks of coming in every other day, and reminding him, he still has failed to follow through on the promises he has made and has made zero effort to work with me or be flexible on any attempts I have made to actually make any of these purchases from him

  I find some paints today and I accidentally bought one that had a high gloss finish by design Which I didn’t discover until after, I had opened it. I went back and picked out another color and was about to buy it however, Daniel, who was running the counter, went ahead and exchanged me. This would normally go against policy, however he was willing to do it and make an exception on my part I just purchased the paint pot for himself. This went above and beyond my expectations and I am extremely impressed. 10 of 10 will return.
