  Great selection and friendly and helpful staff. We loved exploring and discovering all they had to offer. The store is clean and my wheelchair was able to easily navigate the aisles.

  Incredible store! The Farris Wheel is so colorful and fun to ride. Also the massive salt water aquarium on the lower level is over the top! What a store. The employees are all so polite and helpful. Keep up the great work.

  Bought a cup from them about three months ago. The cup was extremely hard to clean, and ended up becoming super moldy and gross. I messaged the manufacturer and they had NO Interest in making it right. Came back to Scheels, they immediately said - sorry that happened! Go grab another cup and we will honor our policy. I grabbed a Stanley cup and will never look at hydrojugs again! They are so hard to clean. There was a one cent difference and the manager just took care of it. Jaxon at the counter helped me along with another man who appeared to be the manager. Talk about taking care of the customer! 10/10 experience!!!

  I am always disappointed in the lack of gear and fly tying supplies. I am glad they picked up MFC and Fulling Mill products but the selection is limited to one product in multiple colors (MFC foam, for instance). It was nice to bring in Sitka gear, but $1000 waders? I come in from time to time to look for something specific and generally leave disappointed. This time I was looking for nippers with grip and carbide tip (like the ones from Loon, MFC, and Dr. Slick). No go. Also, I was looking for Pheasant Tail natural color. You know, one of the most popular fly tying materials in history. So, Scheels strikes out again. But, hey, if I wanted some furniture or my grandkids play a sport, I'd be set.

  My grandson's shaft on Qi35 snapped in half while swinging at a recent tournament. His Oklahoma high school regional was in two days. I took him to the Tulsa Scheels where he purchased the driver just 6 weeks ago. We spoke with the Jason who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He understood the urgency. While the driver was under warranty and replaceable it had to be sent to Taylormade. He wouldn't get his replacement in time. Jason spoke to his manager to find a solution. They had a demo driver with a very similar shaft and were able to put his Qi35 head on the demo shaft. He took a couple swings on the simulator, Jason made a minor adjustment and he was stripping it down the middle 280 yards. No deposit, not questions. Just bring it back after you win the state championship said Jason. We are a golfing family and they certainly won my loyalty. Scheels for the WIN!!
