  Five stars for Scheels! The firearms, hunting, and outdoor departments are the highlights for me and the areas I enjoy browsing most. If those are your interests, this store is worth a visit. I appreciate being able to explore several related departments in one place, whether I’m looking for something specific or just taking time to browse. These sections are a big reason I enjoy coming here and would recommend Scheels to others interested in hunting, firearms, and the outdoors. Looking forward to my next visit!

  Stopped by the mall to pickup some Eskimo Joe's shirts for my family before we headed back to Las Vegas Nevada. I couldn't believe the carousel was still there! My Daughter rode on that same carousel 🎠 16yrs ago when we came back to Tulsa for my mother's funeral.

  Bought a couple turtles out their candy section. Looked hand made in the case not individually wrapped. So someone would expect greatness. No flavor in the caramel and the chocolate was cheap nasty with no flavor. Definitely not goin to buy any other candy from there.

  I archery hunt so when I needed a new set of strings and cables for my bow I took my bow to Scheels. I live quite a ways from Tulsa and have a local bow shop I could use, but my brother-in-law used both Scheels and the bow shop and recommended I go to Scheels for their excellent customer service. I took my bow there, bought the string and cables for $165ish after tax and waited a couple weeks for the cables to arrive and be installed. When my bow was ready I came and picked it up Scheels not only installed my cables, but they installed a D-Loop, and a peep sight that I purchased and didn’t add any fees to do so. After leaving with my bow, I went home and put a new sight and drop away rest on and took the bow back to be paper tuned. When I took it back they told me they would tune it and would not charge me for the tune since I had recently purchased a string from them! Talk about exceptional customer service! For the service they provided, I could have easily spent $60+ on the extra stuff they did, and if it had been a small town bow shop, I probably would have, but Scheels was super easy to deal with and really made me as a customer feel very accommodated. On top of that, when I took my bow to be paper tuned, Adam, the main archery guy, worked with me for close to an hour trying to get my older bow tuned. Multiple times it was close but he would not be satisfied until it was as good as possible. Adam is absolutely the man! I would highly recommend both him, and Scheels is the place to go for your hunting needs. They carry top of the line equipment in everything I have looked into, not just hunting. They are priced comparable to any of their competition. Scheels has earned their rating and Adam has earned a raise.

  Alyssa in shoes was incredibly sweet and very helpful. Came in for a specific item and she helped me find that item and more! She had a lot of knowledge on the merchandise and even told me all about the machine that pre-treats the shoes to prevent stains. She made the experience enjoyable and earned a regular customer.
