Wow ! What a wonderful experience. It’s nice to find a company that has “old school” customer service. From the very beginning dealing with Michael, I found him to be completely honest, informative and accommodating to my needs for a Tornado Shelter. Even with his busy schedule, I was able to buy and have the shelter installed way sooner than I expected. Next, comes the installation crew of Blake and Easton. On the scheduled day of delivery they called and asked to see if they could come earlier, which was just fine for me. When they arrived, we discussed the exact location of the install and they immediately started the unload and placement of the unit. All told, since they had no problems dealing with rebar in the concrete, the arrival and install was done in 45 minutes ! At this point, they explained all of the features and answered all of my questions. They even brought touchup paint for any scrapes that might occur during transit ! They even cleaned up the workspace, so I didn't even know that anyone had worked there. Everyone that I have spoken with at this company reacts to my needs and questions efficiently. It was nice that they all are polite, informative and clearly spoken. If anyone is in need of a Tornado Shelter and wants to deal with a company that believes in great customer service, then this is the place to go.
