  My wedding set is almost 16 years old and has never had work done other than being resized twice. I brought in the set to this location, based on a long time customers good review. One of the princess cut diamonds had fallen out of the wedding bands channel setting. I asked that they replace the diamond, tighten everything up on both rings so that no other diamonds would fall out, and rhodium plate the rings. When I received them back they looked good as new. HOWEVER, two weeks later a different diamond in the same channel band FELL OUT - one right in the middle, a few diamonds down from the side one that was replaced. We took it back, and Moody's wanted to charge another fee for replacing the new lost diamond. They did not stand by their craftsmanship and instead said I must have caused an "impact" to have the new diamond fall out. I was so careful with my ring once I got it back - they mean a lot to me. It also doesn't make sense that in 16 years, nothing had fallen out, but only two weeks after Moody's worked on it, I lost another original diamond. They also said there were some issues with the channel that needed to be corrected - WHY was this not discussed the first time I had brought it in? They willingly gave me back a ring that was unstable. A HORRIBLE interaction - they made me feel like my ring was not worth working on because it wasn't bought from them - OH but they did try to get me to upgrade to something else! Will never recommend any Moody's location.

  They won’t get a single penny from our family any more! Absolutely worst experience ever. I took them 2 watches to get warrantied, long story made short, I have one that they replaced, one that’s in worse shape than how they received it and they expected me to pay for more than what I gave them upfront for the “warranty”. The list goes on 3.5 months worth of it. They had lost a ring in the past, so this was the second chance.

  Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They listen to what you want rather than trying to sell you something. It doesn’t matter if you’re there to spend $20 or $20,000. They seem to value your business. They even send you a “thank you” card after every visit/purchase. Will be back!
